Position: Chef and Baker
Location: OPPOSITE NIPCO GAS STATION, POLY ROAD, ADO-EKITI, EKITI STATE.

Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and bake a variety of dishes and baked goods according to the restaurant's menu and quality standards
Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene and safety regulations
Monitor food stock levels and assist in ordering supplies
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new and innovative menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Assist with food inventory, cost management, and menu planning
Ensure timely and efficient food delivery to customers
Work closely with the management team to ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef and Baker, with a strong background in preparing both savory and baked goods
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
Ability to follow recipes and food preparation procedures with attention to detail
Proficient in kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills.
