Rally seeking JUSTICE FOR DAWN PASELA Set for June 25, 2025 – 11:45 AM – 1:15 PM, 801 West Superior Ave. Cleveland

Cleveland, Ohio Jun 16, 2025 (Issuewire.com) - FreeTonyViola.com announced today that a coalition of legal professionals, advocates, and community members will come together on June 25, 2025, for a rally in Cleveland, demanding justice for Dawn Pasela, the Office Manager for a multi-jurisdictional Mortgage Fraud Task Force funded by the federal and state governments.  Ms. Pasela was found dead under suspicious circumstances as she was set to testify at the second criminal trial of Tony Viola.  The rally aims to highlight Dawns cause and petition government officials to join calls for a new investigation into Dawns death.  This event also will provide an update about the latest evidence collected by Attorney Kim Corral and her investigative team.  In advance of the rally, Ms. Corral issued the following statement:

"Dawn Pasela worked at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office and demonstrated a remarkable commitment to justice. Her suspicious death should have sparked outrage in the criminal justice community. Instead, Parma Police did a sham investigation, collecting absolutely no evidence. It's been two years since the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office issued a report identifying necessary investigative steps that should be taken. We cannot tolerate continued inaction. I continue to stand proudly with Dawn and her family, and we welcome officials in the US Attorney's Office and the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office to join our efforts."
